All Sales are Final. 1 Year parts, manufactures warranty only.

1. 1 Year Labor on defective parts.
2. Printer and Monitor warranties are covered by their own manufacture
3. Warranty does not cover user error nor any software problems induced by user.
4. Warranty exchange 30 days only if CXP install or setup the parts after that customer will mail to manufacture estimated time 3 weeks wait, If CXP Handel manufactures warranty RMA & shipping $45.00 service charge.
5. Item Sold owned by CXP till invoice amount paid in full.
Approved Purchase Orders are Non-cancelable once made.
6. Bad check will be posted in the front door Bulletin Board.
7. 20% Re-Stocking fee.
8. Invoices not paid within agreed terms are subject to $25.00 Service charge.
9. $25 Service Charge for Returned Checks.
10. 45% for Collection.
11. In Site Service $ 129.00 per hour
